Aneil is a business school professor and Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University. Aneil is frequently invited to speak on the topic of trust and leadership at work, and leads workshops which help teams build trust. He has served on the leadership faculty for the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton. He most recently served as the Tom D. Arthur Leadership Professor at the ECU College of Business. Aneil is the author of three books on trustworthy leadership. His newest book, "Intentional Leadership" was published in September 2022 by Routledge/Taylor & Francis.

Karen has been a business school professor for over 20 years. She is the incoming Department Chair of Business Administration at Campbell University in the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business.  She is a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and has served on the leadership faculty of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton. Karen has served on both nonprofit and for profit boards, as well as served as CMO of a health tech startup. Her research centers on how leaders use trustworthy internal communication to build engagement with employees.
