ANEIL MISHRA, PH.D.

Aneil was a business school professor and Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University at the time of his death in August 2024. Aneil was frequently invited to speak on the topic of trust and leadership at work, and led workshops which help teams build trust. He has served on the leadership faculty for the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton. He most recently served as the Tom D. Arthur Leadership Professor at the ECU College of Business. Aneil co-authored three books on trustworthy leadership. His newest book, "Intentional Leadership" was published in September 2022 by Routledge/Taylor & Francis.
KAREN MISHRA, PH.D.

Karen has been a business school professor for over 20 years. She is the Department Chair of Business Administration and Economics at Campbell University in the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business. She is a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and has served on the leadership faculty of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton. Karen has served on both nonprofit and for profit boards, as well as served as CMO of a health tech startup. Her research centers on how leaders use trustworthy internal communication to build engagement with employees.
